Dr. Ransford has been treating me for the past nine years. He is such a truly professional doctor who I have so much faith in. Dealing with such a sensitive subject he makes it so much easier with his approach. When times have been difficult he has given me reassurance and belief that life will improve, so I say a big "thank you" to Dr. Ransford.

May I thank you most sincerely for all the care you have given me over the last few years. I have always found you very approachable and easy to talk to. You always listen to my explanation of how I feel and I feel most comfortable talking to you. My condition, at times, has been very distressing, and you have always been of great help and support to me. The medication that you have prescribed has helped me to cope with my illness. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Ransford for the superb way he looked after me when I had my recent ERCP. As a nervous patient it was not something that I was looking forward to, but I need not have worried. Dr. Ransford explained to me exactly what was going to happen and what I would say to anyone who is due to go through this procedure - "don't worry you won't feel a thing" Once again a big thank you for looking after me so well.
